Our Long-Term Goals
- Acquire land and construct state-of-the-art training institutions to provide comprehensive skills development.
- Establish regional training hubs in all major regions of Uganda to make vocational training accessible to youth nationwide.
- Set up vocational training centers in at least 10 districts over the next decade, tailored to meet the specific needs of local communities.
- Host annual youth camps to empower and inspire young individuals through relatable and impactful engagement programs.
- Develop resource centers in each sub-county where we operate. These centers will serve as:
- Youth training facilities equipped with tools and resources.
- Exhibition venues to showcase the achievements of our trainees.
- Regional offices to manage local initiatives effectively.
- Expand our complimentary training programs to include bakery, motor vehicle mechanics, and carpentry, ensuring diverse opportunities for all youth.
